Job description
You have experience leading a team of content creators (specialists, paid contributors), creating your own content and writing your own captions, and managing multiple social media platforms on a daily basis.Your Opportunity
- High level thought leadership to create and drive the social vision and strategy for , consistent with our overall brand
- Push the limit and break the mold of content that comes from the brand to drive views, engagements, followership, and brand love
- Drive and manage the content calendar across social platforms to tell stories that are aligned with our global brand marketing campaigns
- Strategically identify content needs and gaps, lead team to acquire content for calendar – including: UGC, paid content creators, in-house studio/ creative team, in-house team of content specialists, agency
- Create and issue briefs as necessary to communicate campaign direction to teams/ content creators
- Weekly and monthly reporting, leverage insights to guide mix of content
- 5-7+ years of social media experience and Content production
- Social platforms and best practices; ability to drive social media insights
- Management Experience
