24 Seven is partnering with a dynamic, creative team based in Portland, Oregon specializing in brand identity, content creation and experience design to help them find a fulltime, direct hire Senior Project Manager. This role is a primarily remote position but requires periodic days onsite.

Ideal Candidate: Has experience in an agency setting and working with content creation and branding.

Job Duties:
- Be the primary client point of contact regarding project-related topics.
- Be responsible for the development and ongoing communication of timeline, scope,
- Able to assist leadership and business development in pursuit of new opportunities with existing or new client relationships.
- Lead development of proposals/statements of work (SOW) demonstrating a thorough understanding of the proposed plan and getting all appropriate leadership approvals before delivery to client.
- Able to draft an estimate based on the SOW. This includes identifying the team, and hours needed to complete the deliverables.
- Be the internal leader of the project team, responsible for establishing clear lines of communication for all aspects of the project.
- Play a critical role in executing project work that meets our quality expectations, partnering closely with creative and studio leadership.
- Work on highly complex projects or across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Anticipate and deftly navigate people, schedule, scope, and budget challenges.
- Be responsible for the success of the project.
- Understand the financial implication of each project’s budget; track the progress against those budgets and to advise on invoicing and project status.
- Identify, suggest, and implement meaningful process improvements both for yourself and the broader team.
- Be an expert with Asana, or other project management tools that make all of our jobs easier and more productive.
- Work with the program manager team to maintain client satisfaction and management of expectations while ensuring that the work is aligned to the brief, as well as on time, and on budget.
- Inspire and mentor the team, provide a point of contact for any project and client matters that need support.
- Participate in weekly team and resource management meetings

Qualifications:
- You have at least 7+ years in project/program management experience in an agency setting.
- You have project experience that ranges from brand to digital programs.
- You are highly experienced in effectively designing and running client meetings, and facilitating working sessions.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and managing shifting priorities
- Proven ability to work with cross functional teams
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
