Senior Sales Associate
24 Seven are currently recruiting strong, positive, friendly and confident Senior sales associate who has key holder experience to join a London-based luxury ready-to-wear label specialising in womenswear!
Permanent full time position so you must be able to commit to 37-40 hours a week - Some weekends will be included
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and maximize sales performances and exceed targets.
Provide impeccable customer Service to clients
Support in the day-to-day operations of the store.
Maintain an active, accurate, neat and organized client book, contacting clients regularly and providing appropriate follow-up on all sales or client requests in order to continuously build productive long-term relationships.
Remain knowledgeable on products, the brand, and collections.
Helping and maintain stockroom, inventory, and stock replenishments.
Assisting and following Visual Merchandising guidelines in line with Head Office requirements.
Supporting and assisting the deputy store manager in the day-to-day tasks.
Successful candidates must:
Be available for a mixture of working weekends and weekdays
Have senior sales experience (2 years minimum)
Be positive, eager to work and excited for a new challenge
Have retail experience (experience in a luxury brand is a bonus!)
Have excellent customer service skills
Exceptional organisation, perseverance and attention to detail
Additional language skills would be a plus!
