Role Overview:
A leading, full-service global apparel and accessories company that designs, produces, and distributes a full range of private label, branded, and licensed products is seeking a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue through maintaining and growing existing clientele and prospecting for new opportunities. The Sales Executive must maintain and build relationships with current and potential clients to understand their needs and help provide a product that generates revenue and market it.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new customers
- Grow and maintain excellent working relationships with existing business
- Work with production and sourcing to come in with the most competitive product with the lowest price in order to close the orders
- Understand client and retail environment
- Manage client relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong sales and business development experience and a proven record of exceptional sales in Ladieswear, Menswear, or Kidswear
- Proven ability to work independently with a healthy mix of entrepreneurship, process, and sales/people leadership skills/experience
- Exceptional relationship management and negotiations skills
- High level of customer service standards
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Well-developed personal networks and interpersonal skills and high levels of business acumen
- Relationships with the following retailers (not limited to): Amazon, Boot Barn, Cracker Barrel, Torrid, Chicos, Kohls, Sam’s Club, Target, and Dillards. For ladies & men's Apparel.
- All Kids Retailers
- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Computer savvy
*Work in office 4-days a week, Midtown, NYC
