Showroom Manager - San Francisco – FT Onsite
Compensation: $105k

We’re excited to be looking for a seasoned Showroom Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be a trusted advisor in the customer journey and play an integral part in growing the in-person shopping experience at our showroom. This role is perfect for you if you thrive on building strong customer relationships, creating a memorable experience for life’s special milestones, and leading a team of Diamond Experts. You love selling, coaching, and diamonds that are created sustainably, are reasonably tech-savvy, and are excited to join a nimble team to in turn, help grow the our brand.

 Responsibilities • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly individual and team KPIs. Model sales-driven behavior and cultivate talent through sales training and mentorship (manage inbound pipeline, nurture leads, close sales, etc). As well as using clienteling and other creative strategies to drive revenue.
 • Partner with management in the hiring, training, continued development, and management of Diamond Sales Experts in your location.
 Focus on supervising daily store procedures, including: opening/closing/policies, inventory management, merchandising, security, staffing, supplies ordering, and shipping and receiving, and act as a subject matter expert in company systems, policy, and procedure for clients and staff. • Seek continuous improvement of systems and practices to ensure optimal client experiences.
Partner with management and Retail Operations to develop and implement new policies and procedures. As well as, collaborate with marketing and product team on product launches, in-store events, press days, activations, and influencer hosting.

Requirements • 4+ years management experience in a luxury retail environment, minimum • Proven ability to close sales in a high-volume environment • Diamond and jewelry expertise strongly preferred • Independent, motivated, and well-organized • Available weekends
