One of our sports equipment and manufacturing clients is looking for a Social Content Creator to join their team for an exciting contract-to-hire position.

This Social Content Creator will be responsible for helping launch and maintain the brand's new TikTok channel as well as other key existing social platforms/accounts.

The Social Content Creator must be a hands-on creative capable of handling photography, videography, basic design, copywriting, video editing, and motion graphics experience.


Ideal Social Content Creator candidates must have:
- At least 3+ years of agency, in-house, or freelance creative/content creation experience working on a well-known or established D2C or B2C retail, CPG, or consumer goods brands with a proven track record of creating successful social media campaigns.
- Strong online portfolio showcasing design, art direction, copywriting, video production, or motion graphics experience
- Conceptual, creative thinker who can come up with fun, new ideas that will help engage and drive brand following across social channels/platforms.
- This person must be excited by the idea of attending photo/video shoots to capture content, b-roll footage, photography, etc. and also leverage opportunities to meet with sponsored athletes or promotional partners by concepting content strategy and creative ideation for execution. (i.e. "behind the scenes" footage or Q&A with athletes, and other FB/IG/TikTok story type content)
- Proficient in content creation tools and software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc. and experience with photography and videography.
- A strong eye for design and an ability to create visually appealing content.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid content. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Passionate about lacrosse, hockey, and other sports, with a deep understanding of their culture, trends, and fan communities.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging social media content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging and persuasive copy that aligns with the brand's tone of voice.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the brand's objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Create compelling and visually appealing social media content, including images, videos, graphics, and animations, that effectively communicates the brand's message and resonates with the target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand's content remains innovative and competitive within the industry.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to align content creation with overall brand strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the brand's values and maintaining a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media channels.


*Hybrid schedule, candidates local to Exeter, NH and able to work onsite between 1-3 days per week preferred
