Our client is a hyper-growth e-commerce, DTC beauty brand looking for a Social Content Manager to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Tik-Tok, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat & LinkedIn)
- Set, plan, and implement social media campaigns and strategies
- Work on ideation and writing of accurate, engaging scripts for new video content (Reels + Tik-Tok)
- Organize & manage monthly video shooting days
- Create engaging content and maintain the company’s online presence
- Be a creative storytelling champion for the social strategy in partnership with brand, influencer, and content marketing teams
- Analyze performance data and conceive new ideas based on performance
- Work closely with different departments to execute strategic, engaging, and creative social campaigns
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the organic social media field (in-house or agency) preferred in the beauty industry
- Strong record of developing and executing successful large-scale social media brand campaigns with measurable results
- Experience in either the production or creative side of video creation is an advantage
- Keen attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
