Our client, a growing fashion brand is looking for a Social Media Coordinator. This is a freelance to hire or direct hire position onsite.
You should have 1-2 years of experience in social media within the fashion industry.
Responsibilities
· Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
· Publish, schedule, and review content in our social media accounts.
· Provide engaging text, image, and video content for all social media and professional accounts.
· Respond to customers in a timely and professional manner.
· Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews
· Organize and manage tactics to boost brand awareness.
· Coordinate with Marketing to address any Customer Service inquiry
· Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists
· Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
· Stay alert on any mentions of the company in any social media channel.
· Notify Marketing about any potential opportunities
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
· 1+ years experience with B2B social media marketing or content development
· 1+ years in publishing content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Google My Business
