Our client, a growing fashion brand is looking for a Social Media Manager. This is a freelance to hire or direct hire opportunity. Onsite in the LA office with offsite flexibility.
Responsibilities

- Create, manage and execute on day-to-day social media strategy, content and campaigns across social platforms with a focus on compelling content and copy that speaks to our audience
- Plan monthly editorial calendar for platforms, assisting with photoshoots and ad hoc content creation
- Develop stellar social-first content working closely with creative, editorial, and stylist stakeholders
- Analyze, measure and report on efforts to identify and action opportunities for greater success
- Own community outreach and management across all social media platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, collaborating with them on marketing initiatives
- Continuously drive ideation and innovation within the social space
- Contribute to overall digital efforts, including content development, styling initiatives and coverage
Requirements

- 3+ years of social media experience within fashion
- BA, BS, or equivalent degree
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in content workflow, especially planning, tracking and management
- Strong analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting data to measure impact
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced and energetic environment
- Highly proactive, organized, resourceful, and assertive
- Passionate about fashion with high creative standards
- Knowledge of relevant software a plus (Dash Hudson, Sprout, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Experience writing social copy is a major plus
