Job description24 Seven is partnering with our agency client to help them find a Social Media Marketing Manager for this hybrid position. This is a full-time salaried opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating compelling content, managing paid social campaigns, and implementing marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute social media strategies, including content creation and paid social campaigns.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms.
- Implement influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Manage multiple clients, ensuring timely delivery of social media services.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates on campaign performance.
- Manage social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes.
- Communicate with clients effectively, understanding their goals and aligning social media strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and results.
- Work collaboratively with Account Managers and the design team for seamless project execution.
- Ensure an equal distribution of focus across content creation, paid social, and influencer marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years in social media management, with a strong preference for past agency experience.
- Proficient in Asana, Sprout, Slack, and other relevant social media management tools.
- Experience with Canva is a plus.
