Job description

Our client, a digital marketing agency seeking a talented and hungry Senior Account Manager with a proven track record of aggressively scaling client LTV through client retention, client expansion, and client satisfaction. The ideal Senior Account Manager has a knack for quickly identifying business and industry objectives, establishing deep and trusted client relationships, and an uncanny ability to identify opportunities and deliver results. They are coachable, curious, intelligent, and have a strong work ethic. 

Responsibilities:
  • Key Outcome: drive a high standard of client satisfaction and client
  • retention, deliver irreplaceable value and grow client LTV
  • Grow client LTV through contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and service expansion
  • Drive client NPS outcomes through mechanisms that derive insights that lead to action and continuous improvement
  • Ensure client's needs are contractually met and expectations exceeded across various departments and scopes
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all clients on account-related matters
  • Provide a white glove experience for clients by ensuring their voice is heard,
  • continually setting expectations through the full lifecycle, and through prompt
  • and crisp communication
  • Lead client QBRs with consultation from Product Management to continually
  • showcase agency's irreplaceable value through bottom-line impact
  • Collaborate with Sales throughout the sales pipeline to understand and align
  • with prospect objectives, capture requirements, and facilitate the sale
  • Collaborate internally with Project and Product Managers, advocating on behalf of the client while delicately balancing team and business needs
  • Build and expand client loyalty initiatives and churn prevention processes
  • Develop deep and trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executives
  • Build and expand client referral program to further bolster word-of-mouth

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of account management experience, ideally working with tech clients or on digital/software projects
  • Minimum of 3+ years of agency experience, which primarily sells to
  • retail and eCommerce merchants
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership position, owning outcomes, and
  • establishing processes
  • Experienced account management professional with a proven track
  • record of building strong client relationships that win business
  • A strong but non-aggressive leadership style that’s professional and leads to
  • outcomes
  • Crisp communication and presentational skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience co-selling with internal department leads
  • A passion for learning and teaching others
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in fast-paced environments
