The Senior Brand Manager, Marketing will actively manage branding programs and build on key internal and external relationships to deliver accurate and timely reporting across all aspects of the branding programs. They will ensure internal and external teams are aligned and delivering against budget and strategy and support by developing and executing marketing, promotional and PR initiatives.
Lead the development of branding
Lead in the development strategy for multiple consumer categories.
Analyze financial data and sales reports monthly to determine revenue opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with retail and sales teams to develop and lead brand marketing programs to grow revenue
Own and distribute all brand information including sales materials, royalty analytics, and client reporting to ensure that all program stakeholders are well informed.
Ensure all internal and external teams are working toward delivery of both strategic and financial goals
Work closely with the sales and brand teams to ensure the continuous improvement of all brand materials and communication of achievements and roadblocks.
Contribute to the success of our programs by utilizing expert product and retail knowledge to develop and execute marketing plans.
Is a key content provider on all program sales and marketing materials.
Initiates and tracks product/program promotions, marketing, and PR activities and analyzes ROI.
Maintains an expertise in their categories by mining a variety of sources including feedback from sales team, reporting, trend research, competitive analysis, and direct communication with partners.
Manages the client and partner deadlines and schedules through consistent outreach and reporting.
Provides Product Development teams with recommendations for product positioning, targeted audience, pricing, packaging, for all product lines.
Minimum 5-7 years of marketing and digital marketing, PR, or licensing experience. Extremely knowledgeable in Instagram and Tik-Tok.
Ability to interface with celebrity talent as well as with senior and mid- level client contacts.
PowerPoint and Excel competency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Ability to work with global partners and coordinate schedules through different time zones
Creative, strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
Familiarity with retail /wholesale industry and luxury brands.
Open to travel
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing or business preferred.
