- We are searching for a creative visionary with a strong passion for design trends and a proven track record of translating innovative ideas into visually captivating concepts.
- Roles and Responsibilities: As our Senior Brand Designer, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Drive the development and execution of brand design projects across a wide range of platforms,marketing campaigns, and digital assets.
- Establish and maintain a compelling visual identity for Kirby, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team, Creative Director, copywriters, and other creatives to develop strategies and design assets that support the brand's strategic objectives.
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date with current design trends, technologies, and best practices, implementing innovative ideas to keep our brand fresh and competitive.
- Develop new design concepts and ideas while refining our brand messaging and overall visual aesthetics.
- Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and key stakeholders, presenting design ideas and gathering feedback to ensure exceptional outcomes.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Our ideal candidate for the Senior Brand Designer role possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 5+ years robust experience as a Brand Designer, or a similar leading design role, preferably within the beauty or consumer products industrie
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant software.
