Who You Are:
An experienced CRO marketer with a passion for CPG and 4+ years in the beauty industry. You bring demonstrated experience in increasing conversion rates and web marketing. As a burgeoning e-commerce expert, you will optimize the brands web marketing including running A/B testing, partnering closely with our web developers, providing direction on UI/UX, and working with the team to build a best in class digital funnel.

What You’ll Do:

-Own the website strategy to drive growth and align on business priorities and ensure ongoing optimization that results in traffic, engagement, revenue growth, and conversion rate optimization, working closely with the Director, Growth, across both websites
-Review and benchmark against the industry and our competitors’ user experience and performance to ensure we continue to provide a best in class experience for our prospects and customers
-Utilize competitive and content gap analysis to identify effective strategies and opportunities for new growth
-Oversee outline creation for long-form content with SEO best practices at the core of all recommendations. Leverage an “A/B” testing approach and consistently action on learnings to optimize the website and ecommerce
-Manage vendor relationships towards success, providing actionable feedback and leverage data insights to optimize agency performance and meet revenue goals
-Identify trends in customers behavior and convert to encourage conversion and improve user experience
-Report on all important website KPIs as they pertain to business goals

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

4+ years experience in conversion, e-commerce, and growth marketing for a beauty, cosmetics, haircare and/or skincare company with retail, wholesale and DTC channels
2+ years experience managing external agencies towards success
Advanced knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics, Search Console, A/B testing platforms. and winning e-commerce strategies
Excellent data analysis skills; demonstrated experience building and leverage KPI dashboards to drive decision making
Alignment with the brands core pillars of expertise, efficacy, inclusivity, and quality.
