Our client, a well-known jewelry company, is looking for a General Manager to oversee their flagship Dallas location! The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring that store operations are up to standard and that objectives are met. This person will also ensure that all sales opportunities are maximized among other responsibilities.
SOME RESPONSIBILITIES:
People Development: Recruiting, training, and motivating
Sales Management: Exceeding guest expectations, directing the sales floor, effective use of Salesforce
Merchandise Management: Inventory control, visual merchandising management
Store Profitability
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in jewelry or luxury a plus, but not required
Experience managing at least $11mil in volume (this is not negotiable)
Experience managing large scale locations/department stores or multi-unit, a huge plus
Salary: to be discussed, but generous base and potential for bonus as well as full benefits (health, vision, dental, 401K)
