Client Overview: Our client is a new and innovative skincare brand that is rapidly growing.Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements, organizational objectives, and team dynamics.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and industry events.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations within the Creative and Marketing industry.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
- Work closely with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes, maintain accurate candidate records, and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting, with a focus on the Creative and Marketing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing techniques, and talent assessment methods.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
