- Develops and creates, with the Visual Manager, seasonal POG’s, visual displays and visual collateral that will maximize sales and enhance the brand presentation.
- Understands key properties/programs and product investments to ensure appropriate execution of visual direction to stores.
- Compose clear and concise visual direction to effectively convey business updates to ensure accurate in-store execution that is on-brand and to maximize sales.
- Provides visual direction to the field through weekly refreshers, POG’s and Visual memos. Drives visual direction in response to inventory.
- Work collaboratively with cross functional partners to ensure business strategies and objectives are clearly communicated within all visual tools.
- Analyze fixture fill and capacity to ensure maximum inventory is presented to customer in a brand appropriate manner
- Responsible for the layout and production of internal visual direction for stores.
- Field analysis for brand stores to ensure compliance with direction, as well as competitors to understand and translate trends that would be effective to implement into our business.
- Generate new ideas and evolve current visual tools to be more effective and on pace with business changes.
- Photographs in-store presentations and edits images for companywide visual direction.
- Participates in the POG store set process to ensure accurate direction and ability for stores to effectively deliver visual intent.
- Works collaboratively with Buying/Merchant team, Planning/Allocation, Store Ops, and marketing in the creation of POG’s, weekly refreshers and promo updates.
- Manage with Marketing the communication, visual direction, calendar, and execution of all marketing campaign signage set ups and sign pack delivery dates to help further drive sales.

Experience & Education
- 3 – 5 years of visual merchandising and store experience, with proven track record in retail industry.
- Strong visual merchandising and presentation skills
- Retail management experience preferred
- Excellent visual merchandising and presentation skills, interpretation of brand direction across assigned territory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor degree preferred.
