Our client, a swim apparel brand is seeking a Wholesale Customer Service Specialist to join their team full-time!
This role is on-site at their office located in Anaheim, OC
Hours: Monday - Friday Full Onsite (no flex)
Salary: $30- $33/hr based on experience
POSITION SUMMARY
The Client Service Representative coordinates general business activities and the needs of Lunada Bay’s clients through courteous and timely service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: • NuOrder, Shopify, and Royalty Zone
• Create line sheets
• Label Editing and formatting photos for e-commerce platforms.
• Load Web Videos
• Maintain Lucky brand product development.
• Issue pick tickets
• Follow-up orders
• Keep delivery dates on time
• Generate and distribute sales reports
• New order entry
• New customer set up in the system
• Answering the phones, and calling to confirm order shipments
• EDI management • Serving as the first point of contact for clients
• Remaining current on product offerings
• Product pricing management
• Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
• 3 to 5 years of customer service experience or any related positions
• High School Diploma or GED (Two years of college or equivalent work experience preferred)
• AS/400 hands-on experience with ODS MRP system a Must.
• NuOrder, Shopify, and Royalty Zone experience
• EDI system experience
• Positive, enthusiastic personality • Good oral and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office Word and Excel experience
