Our client, a full service ad agency has an immediate need for an Account Coordinator to start as soon as next week. This is a 100% remote position through the end of the year with potential to go fulltime for the right person. Must work PST hours if located in another time zone.
You should have one year of experience within advertising (internships ok). You should be articulate, organized and be able to work remotely with your own laptop. Any agency intern or work experience is ideal.
- Communicating regularly with clients to provide product updates and technical support
- Addressing client questions and solving issues
- Assembling promotional material to be sent to new and existing clients
- Helping managers organize promotional events for the business
- Managing account budgets and reporting to managers regularly on budget issues
- Creating work schedules and project plans to meet deadlines
