One of our small B2B agency clients is looking for an Account Executive to join their team for an exciting full-time role.
This Account Executive will be reporting to the Director of Client Services and responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience at all times.
The Account Executive must have 3+ years of agency experience and a passion for supporting clients and helping lead agency teams to deliver great work.
Ideal Account Executive candidates will have:
- 3+ years of agency experience
- BA degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business or related field
- Experience partnering with clients and helping lead internal agency teams to deliver projects/campaigns on time and on budget.
- Ability to build relationships, set client expectations, and ultimately exceed them.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced agency setting and able to juggle multiple projects and clients.
- Ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and remain attentive to small details of ongoing projects.
- Comfortable leading internal/external meetings and presenting to clients, dealing with difficult situations, and representing the agency in best light at all times.
*Offsite flexible, but candidates local to metro Detroit preferred
