Sales Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
Ø Develop and execute the Amazon multi-brand account for
Ø Launch 3 brands on Amazon platform
Ø Manage the 3rd party relationship for brands, ensure margin contribution is
Ø Maintain each brand shop with optimized, A+ content as a “digital shelf”
Ø Analyze Amazon metrics and sales performance monthly to deliver the best
Ø Work with Brand teams and Digital &Marketing stakeholders to identify key
opportunities to build and grow the businesses.
Ø Develop new programs and content through merchandising, product assortment, customer acquisition and digital marketing – and continue to test, learn and refine based on results.
Ø Stay abreast of the ever-changing digital and ecommerce space, and contribute new ideas towards sales growth.
Ø Audit marketplace partner sites quarterly to ensure brand is presented correctly
and make content and merchandising recommendations as needed.
Ø Schedule and lead monthly calls with Amazon Vendor Mgr to review KPIs and provide recommendations for promotional calendar planning and activities.
Ø Collaborate with the Amazon UK and Europe teams to ensure global brand
Ø Work with Supply Chain to forecast inventory needs, shipping requirements,
change orders, chargebacks and ensure POs are processed timely.
Ø Work with Finance to ensure invoices are issued for payment.
Ø Manage the advertising portal for all beauty brands working closely with our
internal Paid Media team to develop a strategy for the brands in terms of running (AMS) advertising campaigns tailored to each brand in line with our brands marketing calendars
Ø Track Monday replenishment orders and forward orders (bulk buys) working with Operations teams to ensure these get raised and processed in a timely manner to
Amazon’s specific requirements
Ø Ensure all new product launches are briefed into Amazon via new line forms
ahead of their launch date and stock has been forecasted with supply accordingly
Ø Manage monthly/ quarterly / half year forecasts
Ø Prepare for the annual budget review / planning process.
Sales Manager Key Qualifications:
Ø 4+ years of experience managing retail accounts and driving growth in digital marketplaces, specifically Amazon
Ø Understanding of website metrics with an aptitude for data-driven
Ø Exceptional collaboration, influencing, negotiating, relationship building and facilitation skills.
Ø Strong project management, time management, problem-solving skills.
Ø Ability to structure ambiguous problems and work independently with a focus on delivering results.
