Job description

Looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring in the Americas. We’re looking for someone who has at least some hands-on experience with full lifecycle recruitment, ideally in the digital / media / ad tech space, gained either in house or from within an agency environment.

As a member of the talent acquisition team, you’ll be entrusted with the entire recruitment process, including conducting intake meetings with hiring managers, crafting and posting job descriptions, proactively sourcing candidates, managing a high-touch and positive candidate experience, regularly updating stakeholders, and owning the offer process.

Our talent acquisition team is highly collaborative and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience while working closely with our talent partners.

Some of the things we’d like you to do:
Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and universities while spearheading our entry level recruitment initiatives
Source candidates directly through your established network, LinkedIn, and other social media sites, relying minimally on outside staffing agencies and vendors
Conduct initial phone and video screens of applicants
Build strong, diverse pipelines of quality talent for various positions across all departments
Facilitate and coordinate candidate testing and interviews, when necessary
Support our coordinator with interview scheduling, if needed
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, agreeing on and coordinating deliverables and priorities
Consistently use our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to funnel candidates through the interview process and ensure hiring managers are using the system
Prepare and/or contribute to open role status reports and lead/participate in update meetings on active searches
Research, build and maintain relationships with colleges and organizations to raise the profile of the company with graduates
Provide ongoing coaching and advice to managers on recruitment-related topics in line with best practices
Partner with Talent Experience on employer branding initiatives to establish and help implement a social media/recruitment marketing strategy based on the company’s employee value proposition


A bit about yourself:
2+ years of recruiting experience, with ideally at least 1 year of full lifecycle recruiting
Knowledge and understanding of competency and behavioral interviewing techniques
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Dedicated to creating, supporting, and maintaining an incredible candidate and hiring manager experience
A passion for diversity and inclusion
Experience with self-management and collaboration with remote team members and working with cross-functional teams
Able to demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, and professional courtesy
Strong computer skills, ideally G-Suite (Google Meet, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Prior experience conducting remote interviews and meetings
