Job description

The team is looking for a designer who is passionate about communication design and interested in shaping the design output of our new product. Helping transcribe the details of communication design principles into the product, and ultimately impact the future of AI powered communication design. With the potential to impact millions of customer's and support them in creating impactful stand out designs for their slides.

This role will have hands on creation of blueprint styles and layouts. Designer should have an iterative and collaborative approach, an eye for aesthetic creative art board collection, and a bit of data driven curiosity for what stylistically our customer are looking for. The Blueprint process will require a fine attention to details and the production process, tolerance for recreating multiple designs from scratch to meet engineering and design requirements. Ultimately we’re looking for a designer who takes pride in their range of stylistic expression capabilities and wants to bring a fresh look to our product's generated content to help our customer communicating their stories with impact and style.

For this role the responsibilities include:

• Delivering visual communication styles and translating them into slides

• Reviewing with a Creative Director on refining the visual styles

• Collaborating with engineering on publishing blueprints into the Designer system

• Reviewing performance of existing styles and identifying gaps in our current stylistic offerings

• Coming up with creative ways to expand the current blueprint offerings to include motion, animation, illustration, and other graphical and content ideas.

Minimum Requirements:

• A BA/BS in Graphic Design, or field-related degree.

• At least 1 year of experience as a designer delivering communication graphics.

• An online portfolio that communicates a range of successful styles and campaigns

• Exceptional problem solving, creative, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with other disciplines such as Program management and Engineering.

• Self-motivated, directed, and independent.

• Have a passion for quality, innovation, and world-class design.
