As a Brand Strategist you will be working closely with the business units, communications, global growth, regional marketing, product, support, and other functions across the company. You will collaborate and help manage the evolution of the brand from the inside out. Your goal will be to drive the long-term success of our business by informing our brand strategy and expression system, advancing a brand-oriented culture, enabling on-brand executional excellence, and managing long-term brand programs.

As a Brand Strategist, you will need to flex between high level strategy and detailed execution. You will coach down, up and across levels, functions and geographies by leveraging strong communication and facilitation skills. You will provide clear, structured and strategic brand guidance in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment. Ultimately, you’ll embody the brand and inspire employees, partners and consumers around the globe.

Reporting to a Senior Brand Strategist in the Global Brand Team, the Brand Strategist will be a collaborative, strategic, analytical, and creative lead with a passion for all things related to brand and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

- Support brand's strategy, inclusive of architecture, expression system, strategic messaging, experience design principles, and future proofing 

- Support deployment of brand strategy around the globe

- Engage and educate internal teams to strengthen understanding of the strategy and expression system

- Expand and update the brand hub which includes core brand strategy building blocks, assets, brand training, and engagement channels

- Partner across functions and geographies to steward on-brand executions that ladder up to our brand strategy and adhere to the brand expression system and strategic messaging

- Build knowledge and expertise around brand management, defining standards for ‘on brand’ executions

- Share and reapply best-in-class branded content and brand thinking across organizations

- Build and manage a comprehensive brand performance framework, including end-to-end experience reviews, creative reviews, tracking, and optimization initiatives

- Partner with agencies and internal teams on long-term brand building programs

- Manage a coherent brand portfolio, ensuring systematic application of our brand architecture principles to naming, language, and sub-branding


Job requirements:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in tech, CPG, or ecommerce/retail and/or creative agency experience

- Experience in developing and managing brand strategy, expression system, strategic messaging

- Experience in managing brand architecture across a complex portfolio

- Experience in developing foresights and brand future proofing strategy

- Experience in managing from strategy through execution across multi-channel marketing campaigns and/or product and support experiences

- Experience in engaging, inspiring, educating, and collaborating across internal functions

- Experience working with (or within) agencies on brand-building projects

- Experience in partnering with Insights team to translate data into actionable steps to achieve business objectives

- Exceptional project management skills with a highly developed sense of creative excellence

- Bachelor degree


Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships

- Demonstrated experience in community and program management

- Global experience
