We are working with a market leader for Cloud Content Management, who have an amazing opportunity for an EMEA Campaigns Operations Manager to join their team! Reporting to the Team Manager of Marketing Operations, you will serve as a key contributor within our clients' marketing automation platform (MAP).

You will also:

  • Support MarTech solutions management.

  • Collect, create, and distribute best practices and works with regional marketing to create segments, manage, and send targeted demand gen campaigns.

  • Collaborate with EMEA Marketing stakeholders to effectively manage targeted demand gen campaigns.

  • Team up with the Campaign Ops team to identify regional requirements, optimize existing and create new processes.

  • Create and develop assets in the marketing automation platform (this includes email, landing pages and forms).

  • Be responsible for loading lists into the system, including data quality, creation of programs and ensuring accurate lead flow. These lists are both 1st and 3rd party.

  • Provide detailed reporting on the performance of email campaigns to relevant stakeholders.

  • Optimize audience segmentation supporting email programs in collaboration with business stakeholders.



  • Experience in operations as well as a Marketing background.

  • Experience with various Marketing automation platforms (preferably Marketo).

  • Experience with database related motions including data quality and governance, audience segmentation and targeting.

  • You have a BS in Marketing or have a minimum of 4-6 years relevant experience.

  • You have experience working with Marketo, Iterable & Salesforce and are knowledgeable of its capabilities.

  • Experience collaborating and influencing business stakeholders with best practices and recommendations regarding audience segmentation.

  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
