Client Overview:
Our client is a well-known specialty retailer creating must-have products for everything home. Their innovative, high-end, and on-trend products transform every space into a relaxing oasis
What you will do:
- Work closely with the Early Career Talent Acquisition team to execute and improve programs to find top talent
- Help coordinate and execute successful on campus and virtual recruiting events
- Schedule assessments, on demand, and live interviews for talent pools
- Organize travel arrangements for candidates, reserve conference rooms, and provide confirmations for the candidates
- Maintain and help build out candidate profiles in Workday, our Applicant Tracking System
- Work with Early Career Enablement team to ensure a brilliant candidate experience from first contact through offer or turndown
- Assist with the movement and flow of candidates during the engagement and interview process
- Work with Talent Acquisition Operations to maintain all recruiting management records Help with ad hoc projects as needed
About you:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem solver
- Assertive self-starter willing to hold others accountable
- Past experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruiting Assistant or Administrative Assistant
- Experience with scheduling tools and/or advanced ATS systems
