Job description

The Community Manager is a key role for launching a new live-streaming platform in the US. This role is responsible for developing & managing the community and enhance user engagement.

Responsibilities
?Build relationships with core users and nurture them for passionate, supportive and healthy community.
?Create educational content and conduct learning sessions to enhance broadcaster performance and community standard.
?Monitor user sentiment and provide actionable feedback for development team with supposting qualitative/quantitative research data.
?Develop & execute a social media strategy to enhance user engagement.
?Keep the community up to date and active by moderating social media channels and providing information on live events & major updates.
?Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including Live-operation, Broadcaster Management, Legal, Customer Support, and Development team.
?Keep up to date with current industry trends in social media and create new ideas to increase community engagement


Qualifications
?Minimum of 3-5 years of community management experience in mobile apps or entertainment products is required.
?Bachelor’s degree required.
?In-depth knowledge of social media channels, best practice and emerging trends.
?Digital Media, video, live-streaming or entertainment industry expertise.
?Excellent interpersonal skills for the purpose of communicating with all personality types.
?Strong leadership, creativity, attention to detail and high organizational skills.
?A self-starter with a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
?Experience in live-streaming apps or video sharing apps is plus
