Content Manager Overview:
As the Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing unbeatable content and community engagement to help take the organization to new heights. You will also be responsible for overseeing content execution across multiple channels with measurable growth.
Content Manager Responsibilities:

Revenue Cloud & Maps prospect play (sales motion/enablement) refresh

Map out all existing plays and convert them into new 2021 play template

Create new use case plays where there are gaps

Keep plays fresh as new content and messaging comes out Industry research and POV for the plays for top 3 industries for both Revenue Cloud & Maps

Drive creation of innovative & compelling play enablement slide decks & content with product/PMM leads that can be used by our sales teams

Own refreshing content that already exists and collaborating with creative: including prospecting email templates, slides, quip plays, FAQs & datasheets and other prospecting tools

Create and work on enablement slide decks for each play

Build some enablement content working with PM/PMM

Collaborate with Sales Cloud GTM Ensure Revenue Cloud & Maps is represented in their plays Make sure Sales Cloud is represented in Revenue Cloud & Maps plays
Content Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
-
4+ years of prior content management and execution experience

Proven content creation capabilities
-
Strong understanding of social channels
-
Clear communicator (both written & verbal) with strong attention to detail
