Contingent Coordinator
Core Responsibilities:
- Support title lead in the development of creative strategy and campaign assets (key art, trailers, social content, etc.) across internal partners and external creative agencies.
- Coordinate with the Campaign Operations, Strategy, and Editorial teams to manage project timelines for delivery of all campaign assets (key art, trailer, social promos, etc) with key team members
- Liaise with internal cross-functional teams (across PR, Content, Editorial, Marketing Ops, Consumer Insights, etc) to support the execution of title campaigns
- Work with Content and Post Production in providing content to all relevant internal and external agencies + partners on an ongoing basis.
- Work with editorial, publicity and title lead on key asset finishing and debut comms
- Sending lock emails to relevant internal teams alerting them of approval
- Review and quality-control final creative asset versions, once creative is locked
- Schedule social posts and writing social copy in coordination with relevant editorial partners in the scheduling system (Socialite)
- Organize final assets for distribution to external talent/producers
- Develop and send internal debut email and talent distribution email
- Work with title lead on ensuring x-functional partners are aligned on all assets being captured
- Work with Ops to get assets post-shoot to internal partners and agencies.
- Ensure print and social agencies have access to photography following shoots and ensure that approved unit photography is provided
- Help schedule meetings with producers, agencies, or internal teams
- Assist with budget planning, tracking, and invoice processing through the internal budgeting system
- Communicate with legal and credits team throughout creative development process
- Communicate with music throughout creative development process
- Ad hoc document preparation
