Digital Designer
Our client is looking for an extremely creative Digital Designer that will develop concepts and execute designs for Performance Marketing and Retention teams as well as digital/social. The ideal candidate will stand out from the crowd and have a passion for developing next-level creative ideas that are conversion driven.
What You’ll Do
• Concept, create and deliver strong design solutions across various branded materials,
including but not limited to: email, website content, landing pages, and ads as needed
• Design assets for different platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snap, Pinterest, etc.
• Design highly engaging assets that are consumer-focused, while maintaining brand aesthetic
• Develop templates for asset efficiency
• Translate approved campaign master creative concepts and layouts into various sizes and formats needed while maintaining the original creative intent
• Always ensure graphics produced support a strong, focused brand vision
• Adapt quickly to make adjustments and prep files to meet aggressive deadlines
• Organize and maintain projects and digital archives
What We’re Looking For
• A stunning portfolio of digital design, particularly emails, display banners, motion content
• Strong typography skills and composition
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, After Effects a must)
• Experience in one or more of the following: digital campaigns, web design, display ads, print work
• 3-5 years experience in digital design
• Detail oriented with careful review of work to ensure highest quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Knowledge of latest and emerging design trends
What Would Be Nice to Have
• Strong experience in Illustrator and Keynote
• Experience with creating digitally native assets that convert
