Client overview:

Our client is a real estate investment trust company looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.

 

Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and implement a multi-channel B2B digital marketing strategy

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage a B2B multi-channel digital marketing strategy using a variety of tactics and channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, advertising, and content syndication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on email marketing campaigns
  • Monitor analytics to optimize campaign performance and provide recommendations.
  • Own day-to-day website management, including trouble-shooting issues, responding to internal requests, working with internal creative director and communications manager to update website copy and digital materials.
  • Manage external development agency and work closely with internal IT team to ensure website functionality
  • Measure and report performance on all digital marketing campaigns and evaluate effectiveness against pre-determined KPIs.


Responsibilities

  • 3-7 years of B2B marketing or Mar-Tech experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and experience in B2B digital
  • marketing.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or Pardot), Eloqua or similar email marketing
  • automation platform required.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Keywords, Google Search Engine
  • Ability to create and execute strategic marketing plans.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills
