Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent team communication skills - someone who can give clear direction and support to the team and client
  • The ability and confidence to manage multiple complex work streams in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in marketing and social media campaign workflows, including understanding the creative and production process as they relate to social media and digital content
  • Strong knowledge of account and project management principles, methods and techniques, with comfort in social media and digital environments
  • Extensive experience creating accurate project estimates and scopes of work
  • Ability to work well within highly collaborative, multidisciplinary teams across various departments
  • Proactive, resourceful, and professional with good soft skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
  • Client-facing experience required


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Entertainment industry experience within a marketing capacity
  • 5+ years in an agency. Agency Experience is a must.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creative team on your accounts to ensure team members know and follow established agency account procedures, including but not limited to; account files, approval process and status reports.
  • Manage the overall delivery for your projects: create project budgets, track budgets, create and manage scope, assess risk, allocate resources, and help manage a cross-functional team to successful project completion.
  • Create clear and organized internal and external project calendars.
  • Establish project milestones and goals to be communicated to client and effectively and consistently communicate key milestones to creative team and internal stakeholders
  • Create deliverables tracking sheets
  • Drive and organize  communication between creative team and internal stakeholders
  • As a client-facing leader on your projects, act as principal point of contact for all matters relating to your projects delivery and can inform, direct, or refer any queries from clients, management or team.
  • Handle internal billing and invoicing process for your accounts
