Our client, an award-winning DTC beauty and wellness brand, is looking for a Director of Digital Product (eCommerce) to join the team!
Director of Digital Product (eCommerce) Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategy and execution for the brand's eCommerce platform
- You will be responsible for understanding the customer and pulling levers such as conversion rate optimization (CRO), experience optimization (A/B Testing), and product strategy to help achieve web sales, conversion goals, and customer retention goals.
- The ideal candidate will be a “strategic doer” who can articulate strategies and then roll up their sleeves and lead the execution, while maintaining a consistent track record of delivering measurable growth through testing and optimization.
- You will work cross-functionally with tech, creative, and operations to drive performance by delivering and executing actionable insights, analyses, and recommendations, and executing on them for the website.
- You will identify new revenue opportunities and manage the roadmap to implement new experiences to meet these opportunities.
Director of Digital Product (eCommerce) Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience leading eCommerce in a data-driven environment
- Deep understanding of customer journeys with proven ability to transform customer needs into actionable product roadmaps and requirements.
- Experience with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and other data-driven tools to measure customer behavior a must.
- Experience with VWO or other testing platforms a must.
- Excellent writing, speaking presentation and influencing skills.
