Job description

Looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team! The Internal Communications team is looking for an exceptional graphic designer for our growing team. This is a role for a graphic designer, communicator and problem solver who wants to have their hands in several things at once; who can deliver end-to-end design across media types, screens, formats and technologies; and who can collaborate well with
others. The Designer is passionate about storytelling, with an eye for detail and a blend of creative and technical production skills. This position will work closely with other designers, writers, and internal communications managers to engage and inform and inspire our employees by creating meaningful, timely, inclusive marketing and communications in our unique voice and style. Work with stakeholders and creative teams to plan, develop, and execute projects.

Key Qualifications
• Strong command of visual and communication design principles
• Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop,
InDesign
• Demonstrated mastery of Sketch
• Passionate about graphic design, typography, photography, motion and
illustration. High regard for the brand.
• Clear and concise communicator displaying strong organization, teamwork skills
• Ability to conceptualize, collaborate and shares ideas in a cogent and inspiring
manner
• Delivers highly-resolved communications and branding campaigns at the
intersection of culture and design
• Ability to prototype and fully implement and apply visual design work
• A keen ability to create work under minimal supervision, as well as package and
present solutions to the wider creative / management team—quickly and
beautifully
Experience with animation a plus!

Additional Requirements:
• Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in delivering strong creative ideas across
digital, social or static and print media
• 5+ years relevant design experience; plus for time spent at top design or
advertising agencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic, Communication, Web design or equivalent
recommended
• Clear and concise communication and organization skills
• Passionate about the our brand and relentless in preserving its authenticity
