The Growth Marketing Associate is key to driving our client's engagement engine. Your mandate is to keep users engaged on their platform by partnering with Growth Marketers to execute highly personalized campaigns and product experiences that touch millions of members every day across multiple channels (including email, push notification and in-app).
Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketing managers to execute omni channel campaigns using a state of the art proprietary marketing automation platform
- Build campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push notifications and in-app
- Utilize your analytical and technical skills to create segmentation and targeting strategies using our data platform
- Work closely with Growth Marketing, Product, Engineering, Copy, Design and Brand to bring our campaigns to life
- Implement A/B tests to optimize each and every component of emails, push notifications and in-app messages
- Ensure the experience we create for our members are of the highest quality
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of professional experience in a quantitative field
- Technical degree (CS, MIS, Math, Physics, etc.) preferred
- Extensive experience utilizing marketing automation platforms to execute growth marketing strategies
- Strong familiarity with SQL and extremely analytical
- Strong familiarity with marketing analytics frameworks - email, push and in-app analytics preferred
- Familiarity with developer oriented tooling (Github) is a plus
- Track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on, high capacity doer, multi-tasker
