Job description

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who’s excited to contribute to a fitness brands aggressive growth goals. Your work will support our push for growth within current and future offerings.

- Oversee the management of all our performance channels including but not limited to: Paid Digital, Social, Search, TV, Affiliate, Offline, Content, PR, Email, Ecomm, SEO
- Drive budget allocation between channels and lead the campaign specific strategy to optimize for conversion and CAC
- Partner with our creative teams, balancing the need to move quickly with producing impeccable marketing assets
- Develop and maintain key performance metric reports that track the efficacy of implemented strategies
- Help inform recommendations for acquisition strategies as part of the acquisition team (new channels, audiences, tactics, bidding strategies, targeting options)


Requirements:

- 4-7 years of experience in a Growth Marketing role
- In-house experience at a fast-growing direct-to-consumer startup
- Track record of managing multi-channel paid marketing campaigns
- Strong grasp of marketing data and analytics
- Experience working with a large and complex customer base
- Strong project management, attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small mentality
