Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced and quantitative Growth Marketing Manager to create and manage performance marketing campaigns tailored to our specific subscription lines. We’re seeking someone passionate about our brand, analytical, and innovative in their approach to acquire and engage customers. This role will be critical in accelerating our growth. This Growth Marketing Manager will report to a Senior Director of Marketing and partner closely with other cross functional teams.
. Driving line specific new subscriber growth across key acquisition channels and marketing programs (channels may include, but not limited to: Facebook ads, Google AdWords & display, affiliates, and email) Propose, design, and implement new programs that drive the growth of our subscription business
. Direct data collection and analysis to measure effectiveness of campaigns, draw insights, and communicate with larger team
. Continuously learn and iterate our marketing programs to continuously improve growth outcomes
. Research industry trends and competitors to stay on top of industry benchmarks and best practices
. Lead key customer and channel performance analyses to drive marketing insights
. Partner with the Strategy & Growth team to execute against the brand's vision for line specific growth
. Pitch, create, and execute experiments aimed at driving line specific growth

. Bachelor's degree with 3+ years related experience with acquisition marketing for consumer goods/ website

. Hands-on, "get things done" mentality. You have the ability to create strategic marketing plans for key acquisition channels, and love to "roll up your sleeves" to execute as well.
. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization, as well as confidently make presentations to senior management
. You move quickly, but you bring care and thoughtfulness to everything we do.
