Fashion brand is looking for an organized enthusiastic Marketing & PR coordinator with a strong work ethic.
This is a full-time role for a talented individual who can partner with internal marketing team members and external vendors to create innovative marketing experiences. The person in this role will bring with them an existing understanding of the Fashion/Lifestyle and has a passion for PR and apparel. This position requires a detail oriented out of the box thinker who can collaborate with the existing PR and Influencer teams as well as across all levels of the organization.
•Coordinating stylist, celebrity, and blogger product loans, including pulling product from the warehouse, shipping product and tracking loans from check in to check out.
•Tracking all press clips, including helping to create seasonal and event recaps.
•Assisting in all press events - i.e., helping to produce the event, working the event, and creating the final budget spread sheet.
•Drafting seasonal, trend and pr story pitches, as well as new brand pitches.
•Oversee daily office function & seasonal sample range turnover.
•General press research & data management.
•Influencer outreach and partnership management (inquiries, gifting, shipping, etc.)
•Coordinating and assisting in all campaign and e-comm photoshoots.
•Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•Entry level in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop a plus!
•Excellent communication skills.
•Strong writing skills.
•Ability to not only work well in a team environment and properly communicate to a large number of people, but also to have strong social skills while representing the brand outside of the company and at events.
•Time management and multi-tasking skills including working on multiple projects at once. The ideal candidate will be able to not only multi-task, but also be able to prioritize tasks to ensure all assignments are handled in a timely manner.
