Job description
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Operations to set deliverable timelines and department goals
- Determine project schedules, organize files, monitor progress, set regular status meetings and adhere to project budget
- Oversee end-to-end workflow and ensure quality output of teams
- Coordinate and communicate available resources to complete pending tasks and projects
- Work to establish and maintain project efficiency and optimization
- This position calls for someone who possesses a good operations and analytics background and works proactively to drive results
- This person is a self-starter, flexible, has a high level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment
- This position sits within the cloud marketing team and interfaces with central marketing operations and analytics teams
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance and identify areas of optimization of campaigns, marketing tech stack, and business processes
- Investigate and troubleshoot challenges with lead flow from a systems and business process standpoint
- Manage regular marketing reporting cadences for marketing team
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests from the marketing team
Qualifications:
- 2+ years relevant experience in marketing operations or marketing analytics
- Experience or familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot), or other MarTech tools
- Marketing Automation or Salesforce certification a bonus
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving and demanding environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or other related fields
