24 Seven is partnering with the world's most recognizable sportswear brand to find an Operations Project Manager to join their team.

GLOBAL LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT OPERATIONS PROJECT MANAGER SUMMARY The L&D Operations Content Team, part of HR Talent Operations, is responsible for helping HR create and deliver impactful content to NIKE, Inc. employees across Nike’s learning platforms. Through great content, we provide value and reduce friction in Nike’s employee experience.

As a Global Learning & Development Operations Project Manager, you will use your project management, communication, and leadership skills to coordinate and lead teams to deliver ongoing content projects and business process improvement projects. In your daily work, you will partner closely with the L&D Ops Content Manager, Content Lead, and your core team to develop the strategy and project plan. You will kick off and lead the project team to deliver against the plan, and ensure that lessons learned and opportunities for improvement are identified and implemented over time.

Key areas of responsibility include:

•             Project management: You will guide project teams and workstreams, leading progress against scope, schedule, and budget and holding teams accountable to commitments and deliverables. This includes:

o             Crafting project artifacts (Project Charter, Project Plan, Roles and Responsibilities) to ensure they are detailed, and aligned to goals & objectives.

o             Integrating and owning the project timelines by identifying all project internal & external interdependencies.

o             Identifying, advancing, and handling project risks and issues; developing mitigation/response plans and prioritizing based on impact by collaborating with project leadership.

o             Regularly communicating with partners on project status and help needed.

•             Partner management and communication: You'll define and drive a partner engagement plan (this includes training and communications for partner functions or impacted HR partners).

•             Team leadership: You will demonstrate team leadership and the ability to encourage and empower others.

•             Status tracking & reporting: you will track and share the status of L&D Content Operations projects, highlighting key wins, risks and help needed.

 

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:

Your key partners in this work will be the L&D Operations Content Team, Program leaders in Learning & Development, HR Technology experts, and HR Operations teams.  Over the course of planning and delivery, you will interact with many levels of the organization: leaders within HR and partner functions, HR & employee readiness team members, product owners, business analysts, technology architects, business system analysts, technical application leads, outside consultants, vendors, and other key partners inside and outside of Nike HR.

QUALIFICATIONS 

•             Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Education, Business, Human Resources, or related field from an accredited college, or a combination of demonstrable experience, education, and training.

•             Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience leading projects at all stages of the project lifecycle (from initial prioritization through delivery).

•             Solid knowledge of project management principles; validated experience developing and running project schedules, scope, budgets, resource plans, issues, risks, and change requests.

•             Baseline knowledge and experience with organizational change principles and methodologies.

•             Experience with process mapping, optimization & documentation

•             Highly detail-oriented

•             Deadline driven with an ability to manage competing priorities

•             Proficient with Outlook, MS Office suite of tools, and project planning tools.

•             Excellent communication and group facilitation skills.

•             Demonstrable ability to drive the process, both on own initiative and in a team context, and to lead, mentor, inspire.

•             Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.

•             Comfortable in a highly dynamic and frequently ambiguous environment.

•             High level of comfort engaging with stakeholders at all levels

 

Preferred:

•             Experience working with global teams/audiences

•             Experience working in a global HR function

•             Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS/Totara) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)

•             Familiarity with Captivate, SCORM, and course authoring

•             Experience with managing and publishing information for corporate intranets
