Project Coordinator
• The project coordinator will be aligned to priority programs as needed to assist with the coordination, data collection and reporting, presentation deck creation, and overall success & delivery of assigned scope-of-work
• Manage creation and development of PowerPoint presentations and product merchandising boards in close cooperation with the BU leads, internal teams and external agencies, ensuring consistency, flow and high quality
• Take lead in creating wholesale account and owned-retail leadership presentations
• Build presentations for key Go to Market key milestones
• Plan and manage the organization of specific cross functional GTM events and milestone needs in close collaboration with the Marketing Operations and Events team.
• Support with defining and building new department procedures and tool
• Gather reporting analytics to provide detailed project or product specific recaps
• When needed, support a Project Manager with planning, coordinating, and reporting on priority business programs
• Must be advanced in the Microsoft Office Suite – specifically PowerPoint and Excel
