Job description

Our client, a travel accessory company, is looking for Retention Marketing Manager to join their team. This will be full time/direct hire and it will be onsite for the 6 months then transition to a hybrid schedule. 

Responsibilities:
Own customer retention strategy, starting with email, SMS, rewards and loyalty to accelerate growth and revenue generation
Work cross-functionally with the broader marketing, creative, and digital teams
Plan and execute CRM campaigns and initiatives from start to finish (including briefs, asset development and approvals, segmentation, template design, QA, and deployment)
Project manage CRM initiatives, including promotions, launches, and testing
Establish channel and program KPI’s
Track and report on relevant KPIs, building reports to track the success of key initiatives and using data to inform future strategy
Lead A/B testing strategy to uncover insights and implement findings for campaign & flow optimization
Design and test new loyalty and rewards programming

Qualifications:
4+ years’ of experience in a retention, CRM, or email marketing role or equivalent data-driven role
Data-driven and analytical; strong Excel skills
Strong problem solving and analysis skills
Deeply understands the customers e-commerce journey and consumer buying behaviors
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Strong project manager – ability to oversee deliverables across multiple departments and effectively communicate timelines and strategies
Thorough and detail oriented
Collaborative and thoughtful co-worker willing to mentor team members
