Client Overview: The client operates at the intersection of advertising and eCommerce and offers advertisers a rich array of innovative advertising solutions across their ecosystem of mobile and desktop websites, proprietary devices and advertising platform.
Position Overview: This position requires someone who has the ability to multitask and prioritize as the position has many diverse responsibilities.
- Establish senior level relationships with the property management sector (PMCs, property owners, property managers, HOAs) as well as the services sector (real estate firms, commercial realtors).
- Maintain and assign leads to the sales team, including prospecting for new leads, own and grow your own book of business and be responsible for execution of internal sales, scheduling with key install provider partners and POCs, and own these relationships end-to-end.
- This will include ensuring optimal customer experience from the Key for Business installation with improved reliable customer deliveries and driver access.
- Work as a liaison with other groups in the company to help improve sales processes.
- Prior sales support experience (including reporting, lead tracking, list management etc.,
- Excellent attention to detail,
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Online research experience,
- Previous experience with ACT!, Goldmine, Salesforce.com or other SFA tool.
