Job description

Our client, a major apparel manufacturer, is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join their team! As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you will report directly to the Manager of Sales Operations to coordinate the wholesale retail program. This role will be partially onsite in Commerce, CA. 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all major wholesale retail accounts
  • Answer inquiries via email, phone, and all other communication platforms
  • Communicate with the Sales Operations Manager to establish order lifecycle timelines
  • Communicate any delays or problems on orders to the appropriate contact 
  • Manage customer onboarding
  • Assist with completion of all vendor setup forms 
  • Register company for all required vendor portals 
  • Handle data entry, analysis, and maintenance
  • Track and update order specifics on both internal and external systems 
  • Create and maintain vendor compliance manuals for reference
  • Assist Sales Team with forecasting

Requirements: 

  • 2-3 years of Program Management or related experience (such as supply chain or retail operations)
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Proven professional experience working as a vendor or supplier for major wholesale retailers
  • Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain operations, production, and manufacturing 
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience using an ERP system
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable experience a plus
  • Logistics/Shipping experience a plus
