Job description

Our client, a modern and stylist clothing brand for women is seeking a Wholesale Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a temp-to-hire. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and being able to build trust with our customers
  • Manage high volume, day-to-day processing of purchase orders, invoices, and chargebacks
  • Make any necessary changes to existing orders due to availability, delays, or other issues that may arise
  • Educate Wholesale Customers on distribution capabilities and constraints as needed
  • Answer all customer inquiries (department stores, specialty stores, etc)

Office Management:

  • Email correspondence, document management, package management 
  • Assist in uploading and maintaining product inventory on multiple platforms
  • Misc. support:  preparing/coordinating various reports, basic accounts receivable responsibilities, assisting other departments, as needed

Required Education and Experience:

  • BS/BA degree preferred, but not required
  • 2-4 years of strong Customer Service experience, ideally in a wholesale environment
  • 2+ years professional experience in the retail industry with a strong working knowledge of Supply Chain 
  • Capable of multitasking and working well under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize and react with a sense of urgency
  • Highly organized and ability? to adapt to quickly changing priorities
  • Experience working with various systems and technologies
  • Experience using Joor, Pacific Apparel, Shipstatio, Outlook, MS Office, Netsuite
