Responsibilities
•           Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts in the cosmetic industry. Understand their needs and act as the main point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and concerns.
•           Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and developing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. This includes analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and competition.
•           New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including securing new accounts and partnerships. Develop a sales pipeline and execute effective sales plans.
•           Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our cosmetic products, including ingredients, formulations, and benefits. Effectively communicate product knowledge to clients and provide recommendations based on their needs.
•           Negotiation and Pricing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and volume agreements with clients while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
•           Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance against objectives. Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions and sales data.
•           Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, reporting back to the team and adjusting strategies accordingly.
•           Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and product launches to showcase our cosmetics and engage with potential clients.
•           Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
•           Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
•           Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the cosmetics industry or a related field.
•           Strong understanding of cosmetic products, ingredients, and trends.
•           Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•           Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
•           Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•           Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
•           A network of industry contacts is a plus.
