Our client is a top influencer agency looking for an Associate Director of Strategy and Analytics to provide oversight and drive the planning and execution of our campaigns with a focus on delivering a best-in-class campaign strategy.Responsibilities:
- Partner with Revenue and Client Solutions leads to develop insight-driven strategies for a portfolio of accounts focused on driving new business and scaling existing accounts
- Provide a sound business justification for investments in influencer marketing based on market trends, audience insights, past campaign data, and experience
- Drive the strategic direction for accounts
- Ensure account media plan, messaging and measurement approach aligns with the account strategy and client’s business goals
- Present the strategic approach and associated media strategy to the client
- Work with the account team to interpret and present campaign data, providing recommended adjustments and optimizations
- Develop a strategic roadmap for each account
- Lead the campaign recap process
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years agency experience in media buying/planning, omni-channel marketing, or previous strategy roles
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and/or Datorama
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e. spreadsheet formatting, pivot tables, vlookups) and Google Suite
- Expertise in media planning tools such as YouGov, GWI, Helixa, and Simmons
- Knowledge of leveraging social content data and providing actionable insights and recommendations on content strategies
- Self-motivated and driven
- Solid understanding of media buying and channel allocation best practices
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable of all major social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube
