Job description

Our client is a top influencer agency looking for an Associate Director of Strategy and Analytics to provide oversight and drive the planning and execution of our campaigns with a focus on delivering a best-in-class campaign strategy.

  • Partner with Revenue and Client Solutions leads to develop insight-driven strategies for a portfolio of accounts focused on driving new business and scaling existing accounts
  • Provide a sound business justification for investments in influencer marketing based on market trends, audience insights, past campaign data, and experience
  • Drive the strategic direction for accounts
  • Ensure account media plan, messaging and measurement approach aligns with the account strategy and client’s business goals
  • Present the strategic approach and associated media strategy to the client
  • Work with the account team to interpret and present campaign data, providing recommended adjustments and optimizations
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for each account
  • Lead the campaign recap process

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years agency experience in media buying/planning, omni-channel marketing, or previous strategy roles
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and/or Datorama
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e. spreadsheet formatting, pivot tables, vlookups) and Google Suite
  • Expertise in media planning tools such as YouGov, GWI, Helixa, and Simmons
  • Knowledge of leveraging social content data and providing actionable insights and recommendations on content strategies
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Solid understanding of media buying and channel allocation best practices
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledgeable of all major social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube
