A Luxury Sales Associate caters to high-end clientele, providing exceptional customer service while selling premium products. Responsibilities include fashion advising, product knowledge, inventory management, and maintaining store aesthetics.
Pay: $27/hr flat (no commission/bonus)
Location: East Hampton
Schedule Option 1: July 7th - August 17th
Schedule Option 2: August 18th - September 15th
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing high-end luxury products
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of luxury products, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, building rapport, and ensuring their needs are met
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by upselling and cross-selling luxury products
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by sharing knowledge and best practices
- Participate in product training and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements
- Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and keeping displays clean and tidy
Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury sales or a similar field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Knowledge of luxury brands and products
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual merchandising standards
