Job description

A Luxury Sales Associate caters to high-end clientele, providing exceptional customer service while selling premium products. Responsibilities include fashion advising, product knowledge, inventory management, and maintaining store aesthetics.

Pay: $27/hr flat (no commission/bonus)
Location: East Hampton
Schedule Option 1: July 7th - August 17th
Schedule Option 2: August 18th - September 15th 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing high-end luxury products
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of luxury products, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, building rapport, and ensuring their needs are met
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by upselling and cross-selling luxury products
  • Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Participate in product training and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements
  • Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and keeping displays clean and tidy

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in luxury sales or a similar field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Knowledge of luxury brands and products
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual merchandising standards
